Hockey Update Jan 2018 #1

2017/18 AGM Wrap up
The 2017/18 AGM was held last Wed 24 Jan.  Among the highlights of the 2017 season was the exceptional growth of our junior teams, especially the under 10s HookIn2Hockey; continued rebuilding of our seniors; new junior umpires; coach development; and good support from our major sponsors Buderim Bendigo Bank and Kawana Equipment Hire.  The club committee remains largely unchanged, however the 2017 President (Tony Dunn) stood down due to current work commitments. Megan McNamara was voted in as the new club President for 2018.  Megan has a wealth of committee and hockey experience and will do a great job in the role of club President.  See the Club Committee page for all committee positions.
The club is still seeking to fill a number of vacant positions.  We are a large club, which means we need more people to get involved and assist.  Please email the club secretary Judy Green at secretary@brhc.com.au if you can help out.
